Your computer can get infected by viruses which fish for confidential information. This can take the form of a popup window that appears whenever you open a page that the virus identifies as carrying financial or payment-related content. Such popups often prompt for information similar to the context of the page you are viewing, making them appear genuine and plausible.
For example:
Whilst on the WorldPay payment page a popup window might ask for your card number and or security code. Never enter this information on any popup window. Only enter this information on the main WorldPay payment page that you are familiar with.
Popup windows may also ask for your card ATM PIN, never enter this on any web page. You will never be asked to enter your PIN on any WorldPay or Dalaco website page.
If you have registered for Verified By Visa or Secure Code programs with Visa or MasterCard you will be prompted for a security password, but nothing else, in a small popup window - this is valid.
Some WorldPay customers have received at least one email from a 3rd party pretending to be WorldPay - some using the bogus address pay_support@worldpay and the name Ronald Grow (other names and addresses may also be used). This email is not from WorldPay - we recommend you delete it and do not open any attachments it may contain.
