Online transactions are handled securely by RBS WorldPay for MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (Switch) and other major cards.
American Express (Amex) and Diners are not accepted.
All prices are shown in GBPounds (£) and do not include VAT. For EU customers VAT is added at the checkout. VAT exemption can be selected if you are eligible. The value of your order will appear on your card statement in your currency. The exchange rate used is set by RBS WorldPay not Dalaco. Orders can be paid for in GBP, USDollar, AuDollar or Euro.
Important Note:
Dalaco reserves the right to ask for a 5% administration charge if your card payment details fail RBS WorldPay's validation and Dalaco subsequently has to process your payment again.

Shipping And Handling
Dalaco policy is to deliver to your business address (normally your Invoice address) not the address of your customer.
If you need your order delivered to one of your business addresses which is not your Invoice address you can choose to do so during the order process.
Important Note:
Your order may be rejected if the card payment details you give differ to that held by your card issuer.
Dalaco reserves the right to ask for a 5% administration charge if your card payment details fail WorldPay's validation and Dalaco subsequently has to process your payment again.
Shipping to United Kingdom and Channel Island addresses:
- Free for orders of £295 or more (before VAT)
- £6.00 for orders less that £295 (before VAT)
Shipping to European Union (EU) addresses:
- Free for orders of £400 or more (before VAT) - No VAT if VAT Registration number given.
- £30 for orders less than £400 (before VAT) - No VAT if VAT Registration number given.
Shipping to non-EU addresses (including the Channel Islands):
- Free for orders of £400 or more
- £30 for orders less than £400

Delivery Schedule
Despatch Times:
We aim to despatch all orders by the fifth day following receipt of order (weekends and public holidays excluded).
For very large orders (100+ products) it can take longer.

Transit Times:
EU addresses
Transit times vary from 2 to 7 days (weekends & holidays excluded) depending on delivery address.
Non-EU addresses
Transit times vary from 4 to 14 days (weekends & holidays excluded) depending on delivery address.
Christmas delivery times:
From October to Christmas despatch and transit times can each by up to 14 days more than stated above.
To get your Christmas stock you are strongly advised to order before the end of October.

Back Orders
Orders for the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland:
If any items are not in stock they will be sent as soon as available. They will appear as Back Order items on your invoice and packing list.
If you cancel any items on Back Order a refund will be credited to your card account, normally within 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded).
Orders to Rest of World:
Out of stock items will be cancelled by Dalaco. A refund will be credited to your card account before your order is despatched.

Tax Charges
VAT (currently 17.5%) is added to the product price and any shipping charge for all orders from any EU country. If you are elligible to buy without paying VAT then you must tick the box to indicate this and provide your VAT Registration number please.
Channel Island customers:
You may select Guernsey or Jersey as the shipping destination Country/Nation. This will ensure you are not charged VAT.

Credit Card Security
All Credit and Debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using industry standard encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach RBS WorldPay's secure environment. They are not held in clear readable format on any web site and are not seen by Dalaco.

Guarantee
Our products come with a two year guarantee against faulty manufacture.
In the unlikely event you have cause to return any of our products for replacement please refer to our Returns Policy.

Privacy Policy
Dalaco does not sell customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your address details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Card details are not stored and not seen by Dalaco.

Returns Policy
Products returned to Dalaco due to faulty manufacture within two years of the date of delivery will be replaced or refunded. If you wish to return products please refer to 'Contacting Us' above.
