Who can buy from Dalaco?
Dalaco is in business to sell to wholesale or retail businesses in the jewellery,
menswear or giftware trade.
If you are not in business to sell products such as ours but you would like to
buy any of our products then simply tell us where you are and we can give you
details of a retailer in your area which buys from Dalaco.
Registration - Why and how?
Why is Registration necessary?
Dalaco does not sell to the public, only to wholesale and retail businesses.
We therefore have a separate set of website pages for registered
business customers. These trade pages give our prices with product
descriptions and a secure way to buy our products.
Registration is free and there is no obligation to buy
- Dalaco does not sell or give away customer registration details
- Dalaco keeps customer registration details on a secured computer
- Dalaco will not send you regular emails or post for marketing purposes
To register your business just return to our home page and click the REGISTER
button. It costs just 2 minutes of your time, your username and
password will be sent to the email address you provode, usually within 48 hours.

How can I see prices, product descriptions or buy?
To see our product descriptions and trade prices or to buy from our website you
must have a website trade account. To get a website trade account
you must Register your business with Dalaco. To do this just return
to the home page and Click the REGISTER button near the bottom of the
page, it only costs two minutes of your time.

How can orders be paid for?
Orders may be paid for in GBP, Australian Dollars, US Dollars or Euro.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- No MOQ for any order that does not have customised printing
- MOQ is 12 items (excluding empty boxes) for first order with customised printing
- No MOQ on second and subsequent orders that have customised printing

Bulk purchase prices
We can offer a reduced price on most products if 120 or more of any one product
is purchased in one order. For some products we can offer a reduced
price on quantities less than 120. Please contact us for details.

New (bespoke) product
We can make for you almost any cufflink, tie bar, tie tac, dress stud etc to your
design.
- Setup charge GBP150.00 payable in advance only once per product (not refundable)
- Setup charge includes a pre-production sample for you to approve
- No order required until you approve the pre-production sample
- Minimum order quantity normally 120 but can be less depending on product
- Supplied in presentation box with customised printing for no extra cost
(optional)
- Normally 4 to 6 weeks to get pre-production sample made
- Normally 4 to 6 weeks (after approval of sample) to get your order made

How to find products
- Login to your website trade account using your username and password
- Select a product category by clicking an icon or
- Use the Search facility on the menu (left side panel) to find the product you want
- You can search for any part of the description or the Dalaco reference number
- Each product has a thumbnail image with a brief description and the buy price
- Click the thumbnail to see a larger image

Selecting products
- Click Add to Basket to put this item in
your shopping basket
- Items can be removed from the shopping basket or quantities changed at
any time before you are ready to pay
- Check the item details carefully
- Change the quantity if necessary (the default is 1)
- Choose one of the following options:
- Confirm = Add this item to your shopping basket and
return to catalogue
- Checkout now = Add this item in your shopping basket and
finish shopping
- Cancel = Remove this item from your shopping basket and
return to catalogue (other products already selected will remain in your
shopping basket)

At the Checkout
- Check the content of your shopping basket carefully
- To remove an item or change the order quantity select
View Basket from the menu
- To remove an item Click the Remove box and
then Click update
- To change the quantity of an item amend the quantity value and then
Click update
- Read the terms and conditions further down the page
- Select the Shipping Destination (this determines the shipping charge if any)
- Channel Island customers must select any EU member state except the UK
- USA customers please also select your State
- Canadian customers please also select your Province
Warning
Your mouse wheel changes the 'State or Province' selection until you move to
another field.
- Choose one of the following options
- Cancel = Leave the checkout and return to the catalogue
(your basket will not be emptied)
- Next > = Enter your Invoice Address

Invoice Details
- We also ship deliver to invoice address unless you give another address
- If your card address is different you will be able to enter this when
giving your card details on the
WorldPay Payment page
- A separate delivery address can be given in the
Special Delivery Instructions after
entering your invoice details

Tax (VAT)
VAT is Value Added Tax, otherwise known as Purchase Tax or Sales Tax.
- You will be charged VAT only if you are in the European Union (EU)
- If you are permitted to purchase without paying VAT then you must...
- Click the box
- Enter your VAT registration number
- Channel Island customers must tick the box but can
omit the VAT registration number

Special Delivery instructions
Here you can enter instructions (if any) that you have not been able to enter
elsewhere, such as a delivery address that is not the same as your invoice address.
The box is not long but it will scroll to the right as you type so there is
enough space for an address.
- You can then choose one of the following options:
- < Back = Return to previous page
- Cancel = Leave the checkout and return to catalogue
(your basket will not be emptied)
- Next > = Enter box details
Boxes and Customised Text
During the order process you must select the style of box you want or select
'No Box'.
Our Leatherette presentation box comes in four colours: Black, Burgundy,
Navy Blue or Dark Green.
If you want your order supplied with our Leatherette box then you must also
tell us what text you would like inside the lid or just specify 'No Text'
(see below for details).
Customised Text in metalic gold print is available free of
charge for inside the lid of our Leatherette presentation boxes.
We recommend a maximum of three lines of text. Please indicate where
you want a separate line to begin by entering a comma.

WorldPay Payment
WorldPay Secure Payment page (Card selection)
- Select the currency to use for payment
- Select the type of card you will use to pay for your order
WorldPay Secure Payment page (Cardholder Details)
- Enter your card payment details
- The billing address will be pre-filled with your Invoice Address
- If the address held by your card issuer is not the same as your
invoice address you MUST change the address details here
- You MUST enter the cardholder name as embossed on
your card
- You MUST enter the address held by your card
issuer (normally your statement address)
- If your card payment details fail WorldPay's validation and Dalaco
subsequently has to process your payment again Dalaco reserves the right
to ask for a five percent administration charge
- Please print your receipt in case of queries
- Click Done to submit your order and return to the catalogue
